Hervé BRIBOSIA - Belgian national, aged 34. Trained as a lawyer and has a specialist degree in international and European law from the Catholic University of Louvain.
- rapporteur for European University Institute (Florence) studies on the reorganisation of the Treaties and the treaty amendment procedures;
- author of several academic publications on constitutional developments in the European Union, particularly on the sharing of powers with the Member States, subsidiarity, differentiated integration and institutional reforms;
- worked at the Belgian Permanent Representation to the European Union during the Intergovernmental Conference that led to the Amsterdam Treaty;
- currently a member of the European Commission Group of Policy Advisers at the disposal of the Convention Secretariat.
